Terms of Service
Plain-language summary: PineX is a software tool that watches a trading strategy you choose and forwards signals to your TradingView platform. PineX does not provide investment advice, does not guarantee any outcome, and does not control whether or how your broker fills the resulting orders. You are solely responsible for every trade. By installing or using PineX you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't install it.
1. Who we are
"PineX", "we", "us", or "our" refers to c21eservices (the operator of pinex.c21eservices.com and the publisher of the PineX desktop application). Contact: pinex.support@c21eservices.com.
2. What PineX is and isn't
PineX is a desktop software tool that:
- Reads the output of a Pine Script strategy you have loaded in TradingView Desktop;
- Forwards detected entry/exit signals to TradingView as keyboard shortcuts (e.g. Shift+B / Shift+S);
- Lets your TradingView-connected broker decide whether to fill the resulting orders.
PineX is NOT: an investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, financial planner, portfolio manager, signal provider, or trade-execution venue. PineX does not select strategies for you, does not recommend any security or instrument, and does not promise any level of performance.
Pine Scripts you load are your own choice and responsibility. PineX does not endorse, review, audit, or warrant the correctness of any Pine Script. You must verify that the script you're running does what you intend it to do, on the markets and timeframes you intend to trade.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. To use paid tiers you must create an account using a working email address. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at pinex.support@c21eservices.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions, billing, refunds
PineX offers a free tier and three paid tiers (Basic, Premium, Max). Paid plans are billed by Stripe on the cadence you select (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the in-app Account tab; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep paid features until then.
Because PineX is a digital service that's available for use the moment your subscription activates, all payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you've been billed in error, contact pinex.support@c21eservices.com within 30 days and we'll review your case in good faith.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from PineX, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
- Use PineX to violate the rules of TradingView, your broker, or any exchange you trade on;
- Use PineX to attempt market manipulation, spoofing, layering, or any other prohibited trading practice;
- Use PineX to place trades you are not authorized to place on a given account;
- Resell, white-label, or redistribute PineX without our written permission;
- Attempt to interfere with PineX's operation, our servers, or other users' use of the service.
Violation of this section is grounds for immediate termination of your account without refund.
6. Third-party services
PineX depends on services we don't control:
- TradingView Desktop — for chart data, Pine Script execution, and order routing to your broker.
- Your connected broker — for actually placing and filling orders.
- The TradingView MCP server (open source, by tradesdontlie) — for the Chrome DevTools Protocol bridge.
- Supabase — for account and subscription data storage.
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- Google — for sign-in (OAuth).
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of these third parties. If TradingView's chart goes down, your broker rejects an order, your internet drops, or your computer sleeps mid-trade, PineX cannot do anything about it.
7. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE
PineX does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing in the PineX app, the pinex.c21eservices.com website, our documentation, our marketing, or any communication from us constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or refrain from trading any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other instrument. Before making any trading decision, consult a licensed professional who knows your specific financial situation.
8. Risk disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose all of your invested capital — and in leveraged products, more than your invested capital. Past performance of any strategy or backtest is not indicative of future results. Slippage, latency, broker outages, partial fills, gaps, news events, and many other factors will cause real-world results to differ from backtest results.

9. Warranty disclaimer
PineX is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, or that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no warranty that PineX will detect every signal, will fire every order, will avoid firing unintended orders, or will achieve any particular financial outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c21eservices and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost trading opportunities, missed trades, unintended trades, broker errors, exchange errors, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of PineX, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims relating to PineX shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for PineX in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless c21eservices, its operators, and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of PineX, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right (including the rights of your broker, TradingView, or any exchange).
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PineX at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms or if continuing to serve you would expose us to legal or reputational risk. You may stop using PineX at any time by uninstalling it and canceling your subscription.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the in-app Account tab and the pinex.c21eservices.com website. Continuing to use PineX after a change means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of __GOVERNING_JURISDICTION__, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of PineX shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in __VENUE__, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding PineX and supersede any prior agreement.
